Toying with repetition and organic texture, ambient creative Sun Rain imbues his music with rich depth, and his latest single, ‘Fog Dance’, illustrates his tasteful use of instrumentation to add an extra dimension to his sound. The producer has watered the seeds of inspiration and grown a blossoming artwork, which he has gifted listeners.

As the track progresses, it begins to breathe, exhaling serenity. Hushed tones reverberate and, like echos, they ping off of the walls before disappearing into the unknown. The single is beautiful because of its living patina. A fractured saxophone stands center stage and octave-jumping plucks shimmer around the record. It is as if the producer has embraced randomness, accepting chance encounters to give rise to an overall serendipitous experience.

Speaking of chance encounters, Sun Rain has teamed up with Zeb Samuels, releasing ‘Fog Dance’  in anticipation of the upcoming compilation titled Cosmic Vibrations Vol.3, which is forecasted to be released under the Deep Heads label.
