Sicilian musician Orofino has put together a team of creatives to create his latest offering, a light and easy single titled ‘Amsterdam’, which is officially available on a number of major streaming platforms as of today. Additionally, DJ Tennis has created a remix of the track, which will see the light on the 2nd of June.

Signed to the Italian record label Life & Death, the track is a funky but feel-good number. Sultry, almost Jazzy brass notes warm the choruses, while a mellow vocal gives the track its focal point. Plus, a ton of groove swims in those guitar licks.
With members from the fourpiece band La Comitiva as well I Calafatari having contributed to the creation of this piece, the record carries a lovely live quality, like a live jam session where Orofino is joined by Lucio Aquilina from the artist project Nu Genea and Luigi Scialdone from the Indie-Pop collective Fitness Forever. Not to mention Alberto Locatelli to help out with the lyrics.
